The registration fee of the congress includes:

  • Admission to all scientific sessions
  • Admission to the poster and technical exhibition
  • Congress materials such as delegate bag, final programme
  • Coffee breaks on Thursday, Friday and Saturday
  • Light lunch on Friday and Saturday

Upon receipt of the registration and the corresponding payment, the congress office will send a confirmation form to the participant which also serves as an invoice. Please show this confirmation of participation at the registration counter when picking up your congress material.

When registering for the congress, please arrange for payment of registration fee. All payments must be made in EUR. You can choose between two forms of payment: credit card payment or bank transfer. We strongly recommend credit card payment as charges for bank transfers may apply twice, once in the country of origin, and a second time in the target country.

Payment by bank transfer
In case of bank transfer by your organization please make sure that your name is forwarded together with the money. If your organization uses a block transfer for several participants it is necessary to include all relevant names.

Payment by credit card
You need to authorise CPO HANSER SERVICE to charge your credit card. Please fill in the following authorisation form and send it via email or fax to CPO HANSER SERVICE

Cancellation of Participation
Notice of cancellation should be sent in writing only to the Congress Office CPO HANSER SERVICE. For more information, please read the general conditions

Letter of Invitation
The congress office will be pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to registered delegates requesting an invitation letter for visa purposes. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa. This does not imply a commitment from the NeuroGASTRO 2017 to provide any financial support. Please make sure that you apply for visa well in advance. Please note that it can take up to 3 months to process a visa application. Invitation letters can be requested in the online registration process until 15 June 2017. The letters will be sent as an email attachment. If express delivery is required, the delegate shall order a courier at his/her own expense.

In view of the current situation, we would like to call attention to the following:

An increasing number of unauthorised websites, referring to the NeuroGASTRO congress, has been emerged lately. Those COPY CATS websites trick you into paying more for your registration, hotel, travel reservation etc. Therefore, we expressly refer to the fact that the mentioned actions can only be done through the authorised PCO, which will always provide you with official and secure platforms and documents in either written or online format. Resultant, please do not answer any phone calls requesting your personal information or credit card details. We do not consider any other provider to be reputable or reliable.
